The Rhapsody® Music Area brings creativity, movement, sound, and sensory exploration to the Outdoor Discovery & Exploration Station at the Sault Early Learning Center.

Featuring interactive outdoor instruments including the Animato® Metallophone and Kettle Drum, this space encourages children of varying ages and abilities to explore rhythm, sound, movement, and imaginative play together.

The music area supports sensory development, motor planning, coordination, problem solving, creativity, and social connection through collaborative musical experiences, for ages 2-13 and up.

Wheelchair-accessible instruments and interactive play elements help create welcoming opportunities for children and families to gather, collaborate, and connect through music and play.
